Instructions
- Draw roads and intersections.
- Add a grocery store, hospital, park, school, restaurant and homes.
- Assign jobs: road builder, sign maker, architect and city planner.
- Use toy cars to act out deliveries, emergencies and trips.
- Finish with a “city tour” led by each child.
