How long is the ceremony?

Most ceremonies last approximately 90–120 minutes.

Can I bring balloons or large signs?

Large balloons, oversized signs, and items that block views are not allowed inside the venue.

Can I bring outside food or drinks?

Outside food and drinks are not permitted unless needed for medical reasons.

What items are prohibited?

Weapons, noisemakers, large bags, confetti, air horns, and view-blocking decorations are prohibited.

What if weather impacts plans?

Weather updates will be posted on this hub, district social media, and campus communication channels.

What if my graduate is late?

Graduates should follow campus reporting instructions. Late arrivals may be directed by campus staff.

Can’t attend in person? Families and friends can watch the ceremony online from any mobile device, tablet, or computer.
